Pickleball Dropz 30-Day Return Policy
At Pickleball Dropz, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy for new and gently used paddles.
New Paddles
- You may return new, unused paddles within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
- The paddle must be in its original packaging and in the same condition as when you received it.
Gently Used Paddles
- We also accept returns on gently used paddles within 30 days of purchase.
- A 10% repackaging fee will be deducted from your refund to cover restocking costs.
Return Process
- Contact Us: Email our customer service team at hello@pickleballdropz.com to initiate a return. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.
- Receive Return Authorization: Our team will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to send your item back to us.
- Package Your Return: Securely package the paddle, including all original packaging and accessories. Clearly mark the return authorization number on the outside of the package.
- Ship the Item: Ship the paddle to the address provided by our customer service team. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
- For gently used paddles, the 10% repackaging fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
Exclusions
- Items not purchased directly from Pickleball Dropz.
- Paddles that are damaged due to misuse or neglect.
- Final sale items or paddles purchased as part of a clearance sale.
